Chatham-Kent is rich with history. Black history is bountiful here. Our indigenous roots are plentiful and full of beautiful and important knowledge to be gained.  As settler-Canadians, We are committed to offering your child the opportunities to explore not only the natural world, but the incredible stories and teachings that only Chatham-Kent can offer.  

Your activities fee covers such incredible opportunities as travel to important sites in CK to learn first-hand from appropriate story-tellers.  We will employ those same storytellers to teach us on site at Freedom Collective. We have incredible Yoga teachers to bring mindfulness, movement and awareness to our students each week.  We have the amazing Julie Ross to bring Musical Education to our students each week as well. We strive to provide a rich and diverse learning environment for our students.
